Nicholson's judgment has brought on an avalanche of opinion, but very little sense.(News)

SUDDENLY, everyone's a legal expert. In the wake of Mr Justice Chris Nicholson's judgment last Friday in the much-vexed Jacob Zuma case, everyone has an opinion.

And most of those opinions are completely half-cocked and often just plain stupid. This is even more so when it comes to those organisations pronouncing on the National Prosecuting Authority's decision to appeal against Nicholson's ruling that set aside on procedural grounds the 16 charges Zuma faced and which included racketeering, corruption and fraud.
